Yes, many of my clients start with me with little to no training experience and I help them achieve their fitness goals, while starting them where they are in a safe space, adjusting to their needs and goals, guiding them every step of the way. I am highly experienced with coaching every fitness level.

Yes, I do! Over the last 10 years I have worked with over 300 athletes from high school, university, and semi-pro sports teams.

No. While I specialize in working with runners and am very passionate about it, I work with clients from all sorts of different backgrounds! Being a runner is not a prerequisite to working with me.

Your first session includes an assessment of your fitness level, discussion of your goals, and an introduction to the training methods I’ll use to help you reach them.

Bring comfortable workout clothes, water, and any necessary medical information. I provide the equipment, but feel free to bring any of your own (e.g. foam roller, gloves, towel, etc.) if preferred.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

No, a membership isn’t required. I offer flexible options for clients looking to train with me directly, whether at my facility or virtually.

I offer personal training, small group training, team training sessions, and virtual sessions.

I am experienced in modifying workouts to accommodate injuries or medical conditions. Be sure to let me know in advance, and consult with your doctor if needed.

Virtual sessions are conducted through Zoom. All you need is a stable internet connection and enough space to move. I’ll guide you through each exercise in real time.

While I can provide general nutritional advice to support your fitness goals, I do not offer medical advice as that is outside my scope of practice. For detailed dietary planning, I recommend consulting a licensed nutritionist.

The best way to start is by booking a consultation so we can discuss your goals and create a custom plan for you. You can reach out via my contact form above and I will get back to you shortly.
